Mount Nebo is located on the east side of the Jordan River; not far from the Biblical Garden. The Children of Israel were commanded to cross the Jordan River into the Promised Land, after 40 years in the desert. Thus, it is at this location that the children of Israel began their journey into the Promised Land. The statue of Moses and the rock on which he stands weigh more than 4500Kg.
